Crepes, waffles, or pancakes?

We're having fried apples and turkey sausage to go with one of the three...

Which do you prefer?

I agree, though - waffles with strawberries and whipped cream are my fantasy breakfast in bed (and since DH has the allergy, one I will never, ever get....)

11. I've liked crepes when I have had them

Unfortunately, I have a hard enough time making pancakes that making crepes seems like it would be impossible,

16. Crepes are easy....

Most people use way too much batter - the trick is to use almost less batter than you need to coat the bottom of the pan (even pouring it back out) and to wipe the pan down with a buttered mop between each crepe.

Pancakes work best with a non-stick skillet or griddle and a plastic turner and by making them smallish. (This also helps you be a "glutton" by eating a dozen small ones instead of 6 huge ones.)

Pancakes are nice, but ordinary. Crepes are tasteless. But Waffles are yummy.
