I think there is an argument to be made supporting "My Posts is back," because even though the word "posts" is plural, it is part of the proper name of the single entity/DU feature "My Posts" and as such, "(The DU feature) is back" would be correct.

I believe that RL was referring to the DU feature "My Posts" because of his capitalization of the word "Posts." However, if RL was referring only to his own posts, then "My posts are back" would indeed be correct.
