4. LOL!
Get off my brain waves... Please.

(The Pigmy Chimp is a much better subject... and contains more
Irony given the current state of things. I think I'll see if
I have it on disk.)

11. My fave line from Red Zone Cuba:
Tom Servo: "Stinky-stank Redumption!"

Anyway, I'd rather watch rabid wolverines burrow into my lower GI tract than watch Huckleberry Hound talk out of the side of his mouth for two hours EVER AGAIN.

16. Ship of Fools
Don't look now, but as you might expect with message-mad Kramer at the helm of this adaptation of Katherine Anne Porter's novel, there's a heavy allegory aboard: it's 1933, the ship is German, and there's a Jew among the mixed bag of passengers. Yards and yards of liberal cliché are relentlessly unfolded, but the superb cast - struggling valiantly with the sort of problems more at home in disaster movies - make it almost watchable. Among them are Signoret as a drug-addicted countess mournfully loving the ship's doctor (Werner), Vivien Leigh as a divorcee looking for a last fling before middle-age sets in, and Michael Dunn as a marvellously sharp-tongued dwarf who finds himself in a minority group of two with the Jew

19. What's on cable tonight.
A random sample:

CNBC: Mad Money; NESN: College B'ball; Speed: Texas Hardtails; Toon: Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yuni (I didn't make this up); ABCFM: Home Alone 4; USA: Submerged; FX: Bulletproof Monk; Discovery: Dirty Jobs; VH1: 100 Hottest Hotties; GAC: Grand Ole Opry Live; A&E: Bounty Hunter; Life: When Strangers Appear; TCM: Ball of Fire.

All things said and done, I think it would be far more productive and entertaining to grout tile or give yourself a root canal with a paring knife.

:puke:
