Myspace pisses me off.

I just got in touch with someone I haven't seen since the night before I flew out here 2 years ago.

We start talking through the Myspace email thingy. Get a couple messages in, each.

And then I get this message:

This user's profile has been temporarily disabled for special maintenance.
The profile will be available again shortly.
Sorry for the inconvenience. 1/31/2006

Which I get ALL the time now. Do they have to do "special maintenance" EVERY DAY?!

So I don't know if my last message even sent, and I can't see if he replied. He was the guy who got me interested in politics and philosophy to begin with, 4 years ago.

Maybe he took down his site to work on it...keep checking back once or twice a day

Could be there's a traffic/server prob that has to be worked out and it happens to include your myspace. Can you email your friend and ask if his has been temporarily disabled as well?
