I finally heard from my new prospective boss. He said it's down to me and 1 other person. We will each be meeting the rest of the senior staff ASAP...he'll get back to me with a date.

I want this job SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a perfect fit for me. It's MY job! mine! MINE!

I want to know who this other person is. I wish there were a way to find out, so I could see just what I need to edge them out.

Well, at least I have the answer to one question...how many people are getting second interviews? Just 2.

Unfortunately, I can't tell if it's because it will happen or if it's just because I can put it all together in my mind. It was my first image though, fwtw. Remember, now's the time to give it all up to (whom or whatever works for you) and stay out of the way so that your holding onto it doesn't prevent it from happening. I think you have more mojo than you think so, this step is really important.

Well, today I said to a friend, if this job is a better fit for the other candi ate, if it will do more good in the other candidate's life, and if the other candidate will bring more good to the job, then there must be a different opportunity out there for me. That's a step toward letting go.

I will just have to relax and be myself, and bring what I've got.
