4. I do like it. A lot.
I realize some here are vegetarians/vegans... If that's what makes you happy, go for it.

I personally, love the 1lb Memphis-Strip from Blues City Cafe, in Memphis, TN.

33. The nice thing about that kind of meat...
No mad cow;
No cholesterol;
You can go back for seconds, thirds, fourths...it's like a Sizzler on Friday;
Burn calories rather than take them in. Did I say "take them in?" That was bad;
The only animal that went down, was the one lying next to you.

OH! But that last one was good.

Good Lord, good Lord. This looks like . . . like Orson Welles' liver. Like a shaved Horta. Like a cinnamon roll made entirely out of horse fat and brown sugar. Like Jabba the Hutt's prostate. I don't know what the hell this is. Maybe a roast of some sort. If so, it's a good Depression-era diet aid: this is what you would eat if you had more money, so be glad you don't.

...holes in the fatty part. Not sure whether they were places where the fat had bubbled and popped before cooling, parasite holes, ventricles or what.

Cut the fat out and got the shits anyway. :(
