Trying to print some text in medium blue and it comes out light red. Tried dark blue, and it comes out darker red. Clean and aligned the print heads and no help. Maybe I just need a new cartridge? It usually warns me when it's low.
Any other ideas? Thanks.

1. You're out of blue. Or cyan. Or something. |

How many inks? 4? 6? 8?
You're probably out of Cyan or it's clogged.

I'm guessing 4 inks, but don't really know. I think I just need a new cartridge, but I usually get a message when it's time. Thanks, guys.

the cartridges dry-up or gum-up (clog basically).
You might be able to resuscitate it with cleaning, sometimes with the function that the printer provides, sometimes by using a warm water soak (dry carefully).
Whether it will ever be as good as it was before is questionable, however.
