from an early age. So every year my mother would take me into church (Catholic) to have my tonsils blessed. It didn't work and I had to have surgery.
My mother died 12/28. Thanks for reviving this memory.
On edit: I mean the memory of my mother taking me to church for the blessing of the throats. She wanted me to be well.
