Show me a POS* and tell me it is comparable to your palace--OK? We see that kind of stuff all the time coming in to use when fighting for lower property taxes.

The inverse is the guy who needs a lotta cash for not much house--gotta hit that contract price!!! Suddenly that one hole outhouse has become comparable to Buckingham Palace...

Either way, it is just bad.
