4. It depends on the type of cheese.
I hear that Cheddar only shares 95% of the DNA of Swiss. :P

5. In your case, maybe.
This is the kind of question that each of us can only answer, though answer it we must, by a deep and honest examination of our respective souls, after all.

10. Well, of course not...that would kind of break theflow of the meditative
process... or might enhance it, actually, depending upon...I don't know.

It's late out here, and I can't feel anything on the back of my left hand. And we all know what that means.

14. No, but some say communion is like cannibalism
But maybe thats only where they believe in 'transubstantiation'.

Hence the important teenage theological question: "Will Jesus get cold in my stomach if I have an ice cream cone after communion?" :scared:

22. It's become very popular.
Before that, the communion ladies would cut up cubes of some kind of health-nut bread. I politely told them that the Body of Christ should not crunch.

Now we use a whole loaf, and people tear off what they want. Then I get to take home the leftovers! :9

I heard him deliver that line via a video message to the crowd at the 2000 Philadelphia Folk Festival when he had a heart attack and couldn't make the headline performance. (We got John Hartford instead...I love Utah Phillips, but no complaints.)
