Okay, this is funny.
WHOSE Cell Rang During State of Union?

Here is a fact you may not know about President George W. Bush: He really hates it when a cell phone rings while he is speaking. Which is why it was surprising on Tuesday night that a cell phone rang in the House Chamber during Bush's State of the Union address. It could even be heard on some TV broadcasts. Whose phone was it?

The man who didn't have the foresight to turn off his cell phone was Rep. Jim Moran, a Democrat from Virginia, reports Washington Post "Reliable Source" gossip columnists Amy Argetsinger and Roxanne Roberts. They even found out who was calling! "It was my daughter," Moran confessed to the Post. That would be his teenage daughter, Dorothy.

4. The Moran/Duke Cunnigham story is funny too
I can't remember where I read it but apparently Mr. Tough guy TOP GUN was blustering about somehting on the House floor and he tried to call out a Dem. Moran stepped up and when it all ended Cunningham was in a coat closet hiding from Moran.

Moran did get into hot water a year and a half ago for saying something about the war being for Israel.

I doubt that the phone call was an accident.
