Oh wait, that's not a form of government.
Anarchy, sometimes. Oligarchy, sometimes. It shifts and changes. I have the bad fortune of being one of the oligarchy - occassionally. Now and then. It's not much fun..
Sometimes it's a dictatorship. Just ask progmom or sundoggle. Heavy is the head that wears the crown. I don't think they actually like the job.....

9. Utter total? Ah, it's a redundancy, then. |

:D
Seriously though, I think there's too much focus on inane drama--people claim the moral high ground but at the same time can't resist backhanded snarkery... it's a scary environment for someone who likes silliness.

15. 'We're an anarcho-syndicalist commune |

We take it in turns to act as a sort of executive officer for the week..."
"Yes."
"...but all the decisions of that officer have to be ratified at a special bi-weekly meeting..."
"Yes, I see."
"...by a simple majority in the case of purely internal affairs..."
"Be quiet!"
"...but by a two-thirds majority in the case of more major —"
"Be quiet! I order you to be quiet!"
"'Order,' eh! 'Oo does 'e think 'e is?"
"I am your king!"
"Well, I didn't vote for you!"
