Show us pictures of your special areas!!!

Part of my living room area. The lampshades need straightening (so do I!), and late at night, the burgundy theme isn't easily visible and the pink color cast is wrong. Sadly, the parrot toy is visible. :D The photos are 100% mine.

The view outside my shower curtain... (more burgundy...)

Another view of the loo. Also burgundy theme, and it's all clean, but I ain't showing the obvious stuff. Just imagine a beige wall with burgundy trimmings. Very cozy, or as much as I'd allow a loo to be...

Another area of the living room. Don't worry, the peeps are just visiting... And that big jar of pennies shows I weill never be penniless. :eyes:

Exercise bike in the way...

2. I put them up. Got no responses (not surprised). So I deleted the pics.
I'll put them back up some day.

5. You have a good lookin' place
that still looks comfortable and lived in. It takes talent to manage both. :hi:

8. Much thanks.
Still needs some work (I'm cleaning the kitchen drawers and cupboards), and right now I'm a bit off on the talent as it's more lived in than a few days ago...

But my parents said my renovations made it look classy...

10. Landscape only, but yes.
I still deal with film for zooms and effects photography (try the trite waterfall effect on digital and it overexposes too quickly; slide film isn't that finicky).

Once I get my site in full operation, I'll post the link if you're still interested.

I'm the world's sh!ttiest photographer, though it was part of my job as a journalist. I lovelovelove good photography. Here, enjoy the website of a friend of mine: www.rontarverphotographs.com

(Thank you,. too, for not holding a grudge against me over the flirting threat. I'm on my way now to the "Say Something Nice About A DUer" thread.)

13. I utterly regret even making that post in the first place.
Not only did I burn bridges with plenty of other DUers; I was just frustrated over a coworker, of which there was a long-standing mutual attraction, and it turned out she was married (no ring on the finger or anything; I was close to asking her out and getting to know her better.)

I felt crushed. To say the very least.

15. You didn't burn any bridges with me.
I thought you were gay, anyway, not that this would exempt you from Heidi-flirtation. (I have no small amount of difficulty keeping track of DUers' personal lives because I believe they're none of my business.)

12. I might post some later
I actually took pictures of my desk this morning, because my home office is a cluttered shithole which desperately needs shoveling. I'm going for a before-and-after documentary thing.

16. Oh, if you will, I will.
I'd even post a photo of a corner of my hideously cluttered little studio.

18. Her place does look comfortable, doesn't it?
Those pictures make me want to grab one of those books and take it to one of those comfortable-looking couches.

I tend to be all over my places:
