What is the wierdest concert line-up that you have seen?

Where the different musical acts are so different in style or genre that they just didn't go together at all?

I saw Arlo Guthrie open for Steppenwolf.

I saw James Taylor sandwiched between the James Gang and the Who, who were about to do Tommy.

I have talked to people who saw Jimi Hendrix open for the Monkees.

What are your strange line-ups?

1. Brian Setzer Orchestra open for Bob Dylan.

There were people in zoot suits who left when Dylan came on. The Dylan fans heckled Brian Setzer, several pointing out the fact that he didn't write his own songs.

It turned out to not be that strange after all because Dylan's next album a couple years later was "Love and Theft" which had a lot of 50's style songs that would have fit right in with Brian Setzer's act.

2. Young Black Teenagers, Gang of Four, Sisters of Mercy, Public Enemy

at DAR Constitution Hall in 1990, I think it was.

Great show, if you overlook Young Black Teenagers and Sisters of Mercy.
