How do you reclaim interest in something you lost some time ago?
Or can you?

1. Not hard depending on what it is.
I lost interest in DU for almost a year, but I've been posting a lot lately.

2. I lost interest in far more than that.
Though somebody saved me from leaving, twice on that person's part. One other time by someone else.

With the future coming, I see no reason to do lots of things.

And our President is unable or unwilling to see the obvious and put our economy and our lives to rights.

3. I'm not sure what you mean but
losing interest in things you like and loss of appetite can sometimes be signs of depression. So I hope you're doing ok.

4. By doing the thing in which you've lost interest.
There are lots of reasons for losing interest in a given thing: lack of time, lack of encouragement, not getting immediate gratification from it (we tend not to need that as much as we mature, so many pursuits are worth revisiting at a more advanced level of maturity), too little time to really enjoy whatever-it-is.

I lost interest in art in seventh grade. I picked it up again at 36. If you want to do something that makes you a more whole person, then just do it, HT.
