Why doesn't the Chili Dog and Heineken Emporium exist?

Because I'd love to get a chili dog and a Heineken and there is no place to get them in one convenient location. Sure I could go to the grocery store and make them myself but they are never as good as the hot dog stands. It seems like all the good places to get hot dogs are either closed for the season or only open for lunch.

When I am Queen of the world, you can bet your life that there will be Chili Dog and Heineken Emporiums all over the continental US! I will make it so!
