I just finished watching the Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus. The Stones did a great 'Sympathy for the Devil" Do you think the Stones will do it at the Superbowl? Fundie heads would explode

As a Stones fan, I was very interested. They have been censored for network (CBS) before though.

you and I have the same taste in Music. Can you imagine Bush's Ipod- no blacks and no Beatles. Basically pop crap. I saw a special on Tom Dowd on Sundance and it rocked. Stones were the bad boys of Rock.

8. I've always loved the Beatles and the Stones |
|
Funny how it took a bunch of Brits like those two bands and Eric Clapton to introduce me to all those Black blues artists who were still playing all around me.

Can you believe that the Stones didn't release it for ?? years because they did not their performance in it was up to their usual standards? I think they were wonderful, and it was so lovely seeing Brian again....
Yer Blues with Keith, Eric and John? Wow.
So nice to see Keith Moon alive again. too.
Someone stole my copy -- I have to get around to replacing it....

The whole movie seems to be a tribute to Keith.

It's not like Detroit has a musical legacy of it's own.

10. Well, they're "allowing" Aretha to sing the national anthem...with |
|
Aaron Neville. Now that would have been a cool halftime show...and also bring NOLA back to front and center where she should still be. :hi:

Ihave no interest in the game, but I want to see the Stones. Is halftime at a set time, or do we have to wait an hour for 1 minute of play to determine it?
