Would you change dentists if they made these remarks to you?

The hygenist asked me how often I floss my teeth, and I said once a day, and he laughed out loud. Then the dentist gave me a referral to an oral surgeon to have all my wisdom teeth taken out at one time, and before I left her office I read over the referral form, studying everything they wrote on it. They had recommended general anesthesia instead of local, and I was going to ask her if that was really necessary, but I looked up and she was staring at me reading the form. She said, "are you sure you know which teeth it is?" I just stared at her for a second and said, "Yes" and walked out. I had a chilling feeling as I left, like I never wanted to go back to them. Do you think I'm over-reacting and should just let it slide? The other thing is that they always keep me waiting a long time in the waiting room.
