4. Do you think the code black could be a shark jumping incident?
I've never seen the show before either, and I'm trying to find out how it usually is

5. Could be!
I hope not.

As an aside, I love Sandra Oh, she is gorgeous and a very talented actress.

6. No, it wasn't a jump-the-shark moment
the episode wasn't really that out of the ordinary for them. Really, it was typical of what all post-Super Bowl shows are...a slightly more intense/interesting/funny/otherwise entertaining version of the normal show.

Obviously they were trying to get all of the post-Super Bowl audience hooked. I would think that worked. :)

7. I haven't ever seen it either. I always think about watching it
but then decide not to.

I don't think it is usually that "dramatic" but it definitely isn't a tame show.

13. the same time you watched it last night.
Annoying? Only if you don't expect a network to try to keep you hooked on a TV show - hmm, now why would they do that?

15. So we have to wait until next week to see if Meredith gets her hand out?
:( I loved the episode! I just started watching the show about 3 months ago. It's great! It and Desperate Housewives are the only episodic network shows that I watch.

19. I started watching it about 3 months ago too.
I think it's a great show. One minute totally dramatic, the next absolutely hilarious.

And what's McDreamy going to do now that he knows Meredith is one with her hand on the bomb? :o

Edited on Mon Feb-06-06 01:14 PM by Radical Activist
like the one who cornered the guy in the supply closet and ordered him to take off his pants?

Oh wait...probably because that guy is better looking than I am and I'm more like the loser roommate who gets to be "just friends." dammit.

16. They had a relationship.
Then he cheated on her once with a nurse and she was pissed and broke it off, but she still liked him and he still liked her. So yeah.

George(the roommate friend guy) is my favorite character. :P

Why can't I remember what happened exactly.

If I recall I think they were trying to you know, but they would get interrupted all the time and finally this nurse he(Alex) use to kind of see came around and they had sex and Izzie(the hot girl) found out.

30. A man had a live bazooka round in his abdomen that didn't explode yet
and the paramedic had her hand in the wound and on the round to staunch the bleeding, and to keep him from bleeding out altogether.

A somewhat difficult situation.

to the hospital and sustained a head injury. He's in brain surgery right next door to the surgical suite with the guy with the live ammo in his chest. :scared: Oh yeah, the paramedic (Ricci) freaked out and pulled her hand out, the bomb squad freaked out, the bomb didn't blow yet... and Dr. Grey put her hand in to staunch the flow of blood. :scared:

edit: Izzie and her former doctor boyfriend had sex in a linen closet.
Izzie was sex starved after over 8 months of celibacy. She told him to take off his clothes - NOW! And he did!
