i don't hate anyone nor anything. i feel anger and frustration, i am human after all, but hate takes too much energy to sustain and it is detrimental to one's own health and mental well being.

I try not to hate. That emotion is so corrosive. It can eat at you, and make you bitter, and hateful yourself......

I can scientifically prove this. In my own corollary of Newton's third law, everything has an opposite, therefore for everything I love, its opposite it in the equivalent spot on the list of things I hate, therefore the two lists are exactly equal in length. :D
