3. we lost, but we beat the crap out of Steelers. You could see it
in their faces until the crap calls started coming in from NFL headquarters.
Their quarterback had the worst rating for a super bowl to come away with a win. we beat in yardage AND in touchdowns. problem is the refs were selectively myopic.

We lost, but we did beat them!

5. I do agree that the refs were terrible

Very one sided. It wasn't like the usual bad refereeing. But even with better calls, the game was a toss-up at best IMO. And I really can't argue that there was a better team in the league than the Steelers. Seahawks had dropped passes and poor clock management. I'm hoping for the Eagles next year, but I have nothing against your team. :hi:

7. Last I checked, the Steelers went home with the trophy.

Just sayin'. Hey, I know plenty what it's like for your team to lose in the SB. It sucks big time.

It was a pretty sad game all around - both teams played pretty shitty. The thing is, Pittsburgh played better and good enough to win, and went home with the trophy.

Here's to a better season next year (especially for us, yikes) :toast:

4. Best of luck to you.
No sarcasm. The only NFC team I care about is the Eagles (fellow PA team) but if you get past them maybe we can have a rematch next year.:toast:

6. Congrats to your Steelers!
I feel good for Cowher, who had wanted this for a while. Thanks for rooting on the Eagles - that makes me happier about the Steelers' win.
