I gave the show a try because I loved "Ed" and the lead actor. It's not bad at all. Plus, I'm glad to see a drama where the lead character isn't in the legal or medical field.

If you aren't in the music business....
But it's about a A&R guy who discovers this kid and is fired from his company...
He lands at an indie label and brings the kid with him...
It's fun, pure escapism, but it isn't about a lawyer or cops and the humor is gentle and good...
A lot of good music as well....
