3. Yes the last episode was amazing |
|
The only weak spot being how David resolved his demons so quickly - but hey, it was the last ep!
YEs I don't think ANY show could live up to this.

Carnivale and Rome just couldn't match up to SFU. The last 10 minutes of the finale? Awesome!
Did you catch the retrospective? Really good stuff.

5. I was so blown away by the last episode. |
|
My friend taped the last episode so we watched a few times just to absorb it all.

just so I can watch the whole end sequence with Claire in her Prius. Have you seen the obituary page for the characters? http://www.hbo.com/sixfeetunder/obituary/episode63.shtmlClaire dies at age 102!

I wound up hugging my friend the first time we saw the ending. We were both crying. If it was just a regular show, it would have ended at the dinner table, but since this was Six Feet Under they ended the series with such an amazing, poignant farewell.

I have never felt so addicted to a show. I haven't seen the last season yet but it is suppose to come out in March. I can't wait!

13. IMHO this is the finest show EVER on television... |
|
Season Five is being repeated on Saturdays at 6. This week will be "Ecotone" the fourth to the last show of the series. The final show was pure genius. I'm going to start gradually buying each season. When I randomly rent a few shows I'm reminded of just why I feel the way I do.

16. Since I came to hate almost every single character--not so much. |
|
And I just don't think there's anyway the series could have continued, so it's not like I long for the "new" episodes that I don't think could ever have been created.
