It's the Georgian period ones. (Well, I guess, technically it's the Regency Period.)

1. I love Black Adder. I like to point out Hugh Laurie (from House) playing |
|
wacky Brit comedy roles. He is a superb actor, as is Rowan Atkinson.

4. I always thought they should do a Mod '60s Black Adder. |
|
The very last episode, the Black Adder in World War II where they head into the battle is actually moving and disturbing.

i get teary during that episode. The other deaths or changes of blackadder were either deserved or hilarious... that one was neither
(and not to nitpick, but it's world war I :P)

9. The Black Added Christmas Carol!! |
|
Either PBS or BBC America did a back to back of Mr. Bean's Christmas and the Black Adder Christmas Carol. One of the funniest hours of my life.

11. It's really good. It's the best of the BBC. I've watched TV in |
|
England, and BBC America is like a "Best Of" after they remove much of the dregs.

10. It's more fun than a barrel of... |
|
...fun things.
The DVD set is worthwhile, including the Christmas Carol, Cavalier Years and modern Back and Forth episodes.
