Loud cellphone users: It would be great if the whole bus or room just stare intently at the yakker, nodding occasionally as though you're into the conversation. Would they have the nerve to say, "Hey! Do you mind???"

Somehow, I wonder if this same trick would work on those obnoxious young couples who can't keep their mouths off each other; just picture the everyone on the subway giving 'em their best "raincoat perv" stare.
