My eyes hurt.

I cried so much yesterday that my eyes just are refusing to play along and let me put my contacts in. I hate wearing glasses to work.

Anyone have any visine that they could share with a fellow DUer?!

14. My day is going pretty good and the reason why is...

I gave my office a two week notice on Monday so nobody wants to piss me off in the meantime as I can always walk out any time I feel like it now. I thought about doing what you are considering today, work at home again. I do computerized drafting and I used to sub-contract rather than work for a company. It was great. Get up around 9 - 10am, not even get dressed, put on some coffee and work 8 - 10 hours and not even realize it. No clients, bosses or other co-workers bothering me, at a modest guess I'd say I could do about 30% more work at home than I do at an office. Even got more time to get online for a minute or two at a time. Save gas, the environment, my sanity, etc. :)

Sounds like you also need to put a hot towell over your eyes for a while. Close you eyelids first, of course. That may not make putting the contacts in any easier, but it might make you more comfortable in other ways.
