Do you have to wear a badger at work? |
|
Kinda hard, what with them doing calisthenics all the time: http://www.weebls-stuff.com/toons/badgersBut I must admit they're kind of cute in those English Team shirts: http://www.weebls-stuff.com/toons/35

6. War story from childhood |
|
My mom went to Bonners Ferry High School in Idaho--the Badgers.
Some of her classmates decided that the team needed a mascot to have on the sidelines during games. And because in the early 1950s there were no badger costumes for a cheerleader to dance around in on the sidelines, these individuals went out and caught a live badger.
File this under "the dumbest fucking thing it's possible to do." The badger is even meaner than the two-headed crocodile.

7. Do an advanced search for author Wetzelbill, the word badger in the |
|
subject or message, and in the Lounge, from about May of last hear until now.
You'll find a post he wrote about his brother fighting a badger that was about the funniest damn thing I ever read. It'll be worth the efffort.
Yeah, badgers are tough. About the only things worse are wolverines and javelina, and I think a badger's harder to kill than both of THEM put together.
Handsome critters they are. I'll admire them form a distance, though.
