What are you up to today?
Edited on Sat Feb-11-06 10:40 AM by yvr girl
What's on tap for today.

I'm going to work x( and then I'm going to pick up my new camera :D

You can expect me to start a photo thread in the next couple of days - once I figure out how to work it.

1. Let's see...*crosses 'gym' off the list*...
I have some school stuff to finish up...sometime this weekend I need to go to the grocery store...ummm...there's a certain friend of mine that I really, REALLY want to see...errr...oh, I need to install a new faucet for one of my bathroom sinks. That's it.

4. A hot date? That would be very nice indeed.
I have been good about the gym. The new job has messed my schedule up some, but I'm committed to 5 days per week. I feel and look a lot better since I started up again.

8. We're going to put on a great show
But our logo sucks. If they were going to go with a native motif, they should have picked a West Coast one. This is not Northern Canada.

5. Good morning, my dear yvr girl!
It's a gym day for me as well.....

Then off to the grocery store! I asked KitchenWitch to remind me not to forget the Saran Wrap, so she did......

I look forward to seeing lots of terrific pics of you and your surroundings!

What kind of camera did you decide on? Sorry you have to go to work...

:loveya:

10. I think you have a winner there!
Canon makes a very nice point and shoot digital camera! This one that you're getting is a lot like my little one.....

Except that yours is newer, has a lot more megapixels and more features!

You will have fun! Can't wait to see your pics.....

Have a great day!

7. Catching up with work
That would be my own clients' stuff. The full-time contract I picked up 4 months ago pays the bills, but puts a bit of a crimp in my own work.

Sunny day after yesterday's storms, though, so it's off to a good start.

Oh, and shoveling my office.

11. Cleaning out my storage room.
My goal is to have everything in there tagged and packages for one of three places:
• Moving
• Giveaway
• Trash

With hopefully more stuff in the latter two piles. I really need to rid myself of a lot of crap. Two fully functioning households will merge into one in a couple of months, and although we'll have ample storage space, who wants to clutter it up with crap that we don't need?

I know that D.C. and Savannah GA have great blossoms.

Today, the DIA is free for people that live in my county, so I am going to spend the day there. :kick:

17. No
Getting film developed has always been a barrier to taking pictures for me. I have several rolls of used film sitting in a drawer. I don't even know what's on them.

18. MrG and I are going OUT!
As in, on a date! We haven't been "Out on a date" since the pregnancy test came back positive 8 years ago!!! Ok, I'm exaggerating, but it's been over the year. One, because we geuninely like hanging with the kids...and Two, because we're boring. :hi:
