I watched Harrison Ford's "Firewall" yesterday

Okay, it's been done before, and not in the distant past- take the Jodie Foster movie that came out last fall (Flightplan). Somebody ruthless and vicious kidnaps the kid to force the parent to do something. And that's just a recent example. So all in all, there are no real surprises to be found in Firewall, but nonetheless I found myself really getting into it. After all, it IS Harrison Ford!

It has its technical flaws, but artistic license prevails, so I won't whine. It's Harrison Ford. (Hmmm... ya get the sense I enjoy his stuff?) Don't go to it if you're expecting any sort of originality, but feel free to indulge if you want to have an enjoyable couple of escapist hours in a dark room surrounded by strangers. I enjoyed it immensely. But, after all, it's Harrison Ford!
