Valentine's Day is a scam.

Like Mother's Day, Father's Day, Grandparent's Day, any "holiday" supposedly for "honoring" or "showing your love" but is only an occasion for buying crap.

I show my love or honor people throughout the whole year, not just a day I'm told to.

But I did, this year, I'd knock myself out to get across one message: "I like playing with you."

:shrug: I sent my BF some cookies. Even with expedited shipping and ingredients I had to special order it cost me less than $20 to do so. He feels appreciated, I get to spoil him (which I enjoy doing) and other than the evil dairy-free white chocolate chips cartel, nobody's putting thier kids though college on my dime.
