Arrggh. G#$dam#$ high fructose corn syrup |
|
It is REALLY hard to find anything without it! I drink mostly water (bottled or tap) but once in a while, I crave a little bottled ice tea or lemonade. It seems like it's ALL HFCS, which is metabolized even FASTER than sugar.

Only a few kinds don't have it. For tea and lemonade, try Honest Tea http://www.honesttea.com/

4. Is there a "health food" store near you? |
|
They should have a supply of stuff you'd like albeit some of it will be more expensive than just going into your local deli.

5. You could try Bolthouse Farms beverages. |
|
They make a mango lemonade and a perfectly protein w/chia tea and brewed green tea. 100% natural.
www.bolthouse.com/juice_main.html Pretty good stuff.

7. Tough to find something bottled |
|
I travel alot and find myself holed-up at airports or train stations, on trains and airplanes or at hotels or other non-home facilities where brewing my own tea and then chilling it is not really an option.
Thanks for the recommendations for bottled drinks -- I will check them out and keep an eye open for them.
