Chocolate dipped strawberry question |
|
I used the semi-sweet bits tempered with shortening. They're dipped and now I have them resting on toothpicks on Styrofoam. Now how long will they take to harden before I stick them in the frig or should I stick them in the frig now?

5. Pop them in the fridge now... |

They'll be nice and hard within an hour or two. Good luck, you're making me want to make some now! :hi:
