I finished my taxes last night!

And interestingly enough, I went back to check a number from last years so I could file electronically this year, and I finished them the same day last year!

We came into some money from my mother's trust (she passed away last March 12th), and I'm afraid we're going to be paying in some big bucks..... I never knew how much $$ my mom and dad had, it turns out they lived like paupers, and saved, saved, saved. Now, 6 children will have to pay more then we have ever had to before. I'm not complaining at all.....it's just I hate paying this government when programs I'd like to give my money too are being cut. D*mn.

9. Hey! So did We! Just last night!

And it sucked because I am now self employed...But it didn't suck that bad, because I've been putting aside 30% of my income for tax purposes so it offset in what we lost on our return. :hi:
