Not seeking medical advice, but... |

Edited on Tue Feb-14-06 01:11 PM by HypnoToad
I think it's time to see the doc for real.
Having exercised over a month now; doing the same thing this AM made me VERY lightheaded.
Something ain't right.
And I never thought that I'd be hoping to live for another valentine's day, but the next one is 365 days away...

I like you. You're one of my favorite DUers. Please so see a doctor and don't put it off. The only thing I can do for you from here is burn incense and sense you healing vibes, and that sure as hell doesn't trump an examination by a doctor. Please go to the doctor.

That's the best Valentine's Day promise I've had all day. It's even better than big, red wax lips as a substitute for chocolate and roses. ;)

your blood pressure. Not a condition to put off checking on. Better safe than sorry---so, yes. Go to the doctor and get checked out.

4. The last time they checked it (9 days ago), it was 109/64. |

That doctor (not my GP) was very pleased.
I don't think it's ever been THAT low, come to think of it... the pulse rate was 89, however... but she wasn't concerned. Of course, that's not her official field either, but she knows enough because of what she officially has to do...

5. Thx. Yes, I did eat a big breakfast: |
|
Ground turkey omelet.
I do get between 1500~2300 calories per day; typically 1800.
A couple months' back it was closer to 1000~1200.
