What is a good title for an email sent to someone after a job interview |
|
I'm guessing my classic "Hey, fucknuts:" isn't going to be received with the same sort of enthusiasm as it was during the dot-boom days, eh?

5. "Thank you for spending time with me" is acceptable. |
|
It is neutral yet won't be mistaken for spam. Plus, the added bonus is you are being happy, cheerful, and polite.
It would be a good idea to include some reference to something discussed in the interview in the body of the email as well.
"I've been thinking about our discussion of _______ and I think_____" or something like that would not be a bad idea--it shows you were not sleepwalking thru the interview and took it seriously enough to think about it later...
Good luck!

a handwritten thank you note. Much more personal then e-mail and makes a better impression.

A box of generic thank you cards is a good thing to have in the top desk drawer at all times.
Please and thankyou are the two most powerful words in the english language. Use them and be powerful.

God, I hate that phrase.
Uh-oh, my son just brought me his shoe and stole my wallet.
(And if you want to know why I have my wallet out...count your hearts.)
