During his SOTU, Bush said we wants to outlaw human-animal hybrids as an abuse of science. This ignorant and superstitious idea is spurned not only by his fear of werewolves, Vincent Price as the Fly and reanimated corpses generally, but also out of concern of specific, monstrous deformaties.

What specific conditions or disorders is Bush afraid will come from human-animal hybrids?
