That was my Valentine's Day date. Hubby is chatting with babysitter now, so I thought I'd just stop in and say we had a terific time. We laughed a lot, and saw a lot of blood!

EDIT: typo

1. Nothing is wrong with mindless entertainment.
Kick back for a couple hours munching popcorn, what could be better.

4. Thank you.
It was at one of our favorite theatres too, The Village East.

3. My friend offered to babysit for free so Cliff and I could afford to go...
...out on a date. When I came home she told me that "Gwen" called. But I figured out that it was you.

:loveya:

Bad news, tho. I think we're staying with friends in New Paltz for the long weekend. My husband is recording an album up there and we have a free place to stay. We've actually been planning it for months, but I was never sure which weekend we were going, because we're always so busy we don't have time to talk.

But if it's too snowy, we won't go.

*sigh*

I hate to miss you being in town.

5. What when are you leaving for out of town
I'm off all day Friday, I could take the early train up to NYC and we could have lunch or something before you go!

8. I have no plans Friday Night
I'm actually getting into NYC hopefully around 2pm. I'll call you tonight with the details!

BTW, I'm not the only DUer in town. SHaronRB, Crispini, Joan_Alpern and a few others will be in town. I'm not sure what SHaron & Crip have planned but Joan is staying with me and I'm sure she would love to meet you!

14. I think I remember your train stop
could your husband pick us up there so we don't have to mess around with the bus

Or do you want to let him babysit and meet us somewhere for drinks?

15. My husband will be busy...
...so I will take the Baby with me and meet you somewhere. If we could meet near the L train or in my neighborhood that would be great. We can pick someplace close to the train station so you don't have to hike.

21. If you're fine with that - that would be good
I know it's either a hike or the bus to get from the station to your house and I'd rather do neither of them.

You pick a place and we'll meet you there

9. As a serious horror fan, FD is one of the best franchises
To come out in a loooooooooooooong time. Very inventive idea, and always keeps you guessing.

Looking forward to seeing III, and the car crash in II - was that insane or what???

This was one. 28 Days Later was another.

And of course, so was Wrong Turn.

I was very disappointed in Quentin Tarantino, for that one.

20. The title is stupid, though.
ALL destinations are final; that's what it means! Destiny!

Although, I will admit, "Destination" does NOT look as good up on the marquee.
