1. I'm on Prednisone...it makes you strong?
*WoW*

For me it's part of meds am taking for controlling recent severe attacks of hives (of, so far, unknown origin).

Still have three more days on the Prednisone. Will I make Warrior status???

3. Prednisone can actually cause muscle weakness, high blood pressure, and
high blood sugar - so be sure to monitor both your blood pressure and blood sugar while on prednisone. Prednisone can't be stopped suddenly - it has to be gradually tapered off, very slowly so your body (specifically the adrenal gland) can re-adjust to not having it and start making its own cortisol again. Sorry, not meaning to take the place of your doctor or anything.

My Prednisone dosage is in decrease. Am hypoglycemic, too.
