Salary arbitration in Major League Baseball is a frickin' JOKE!!!
Kyle Lohse just won arbitration for the second year in a row. Over the past two seasons he's gone 18-26 with an ERA well over 4. How the hell does he win arbitration...especially if the Twins and he are only 550K apart?

Is arbitration just a frickin' rubber stamp for the players? What gives?
