Black Diamonds or Bunny Slopes
Do you like downhill? Which ski area? Are the life fees out of sight? Any funny stories to tell about skiing?

Oh yes, I find the bunny slopes more dangerous than the black diamonds, the bumble bees (wee ones) have nearly cut me down more times than I care to tell about.

1. I'm spending this coming weekend on the mountain.
Though I'll be snowboarding, not skiing. I'm a little nervous on black diamonds, but I can handle them. Alas, no funny stories that I can think of.

3. Give me blue square cruisers that offer some speed and I'm happy.

Just keep the SPOREs out of my way (Stupid People on Rental Equipment, usually consisting of New Yorkers who have never been on any natural terrain higher than the center of Central Park, and who think that the lift line should be treated like a cab stand in Manhattan).

I should try and get up to one of the smaller New Hampshire mountains this weekend.

Note: NOT all people on rental equipment qualify as SPORE, just the incredibly stupid and inconsiderate ones that have no clue about how to show common courtesy on the mountain, you know the type that try to barge in front of you in lift lines and run over your equipment that you paid craploads of money for, or the ones that think that think they have the right of way because they are going faster instead of the kid downslope having the right of way simply because they are downslope. You know the kind I mean.

4. I love me the blue runs!
I have nothing to prove on the slopes.

5. I like the wide blues because you can still get some speed and
just do long carving turns and cruise.

I'll do blacks on some days, but for the most part, I'm there to relax, not wreck myself :P
