Yes! Lead a group of disgruntled expatriates seeking to escape Bu$h foreign policy to any random spot in the world and proclaim your own nation! (Well, that's not really how it works, but the starting populations are small enough for this to be plausible;)) Build your nation up from a few Third-world stragglers to a First World city-state (and beyond, but the game is new enough so that no one has taken over the world yet). Proclaim your intentions of peace, or if you just have to scratch PNAC's war itch, declare war on some random dictator who can actually pronounce the word 'nuclear.'

Oh, yeah, and you can trade amongst yourselves, too:)

1. Awww, come on, show the world what DU can do!

Seriously, only seven hours after I started, I've catapulted from being something like 5000th in the rankings up to about 1500th...and DU's influence will only grow with time. But DU needs to find people who are willing to play it first.
