I pray to God that nobody won the Powerball tonight.

Because I JUST HEARD about the $365 million jackpot about 5 MINUTES AGO. When I managed a convenience store about three years ago, I was always kept up-to-date on the jackpots, but now I just don't know. I'm PRAYING that nobody won, so it can go up to over half a billion, then I can buy some tickets. I haven't bought lottery tickets on over two years, but this would be the opportunity for me to play.

I'm such an idiot.

1. why do you need so much money?
I would be more than happy with $1million - a small lottery winning. With $365million, I wouldnt know what to do with it all. I'd donate a ton of it probably.

3. Because with $1 million, I'd still have to work.
:)

But more importantly, I'd like to win enough to be able to give a lot to charity and donations. I would like to win enough to donate $10 million to my old high school to build a new football stadium, then give another $10 million to my local mosque (one of the Five Pillars I have to follow), then another $20 million to the NDSU athletic department, then another $10 million to the UN Hunger Relief Fund to match my mosque donation. Then another $100 million for myself. That would put my optimal amout at $150 million. That'd be nice.

5. I think I could retire on $1million
I would pay off my home and then maybe buy a small business or something that generates an income. Maybe not fully retired, but no longer at the mercy of a boss.
