on Snopes I think they call it GLURGE

My ex neighbor had a nascar leather jacket, the whole thing was a flag and the back of it had a giant crying eagle. My husband always referred to him as "pudwackit jacket guy". Oh and they had a bug deflector that was shaded like an American flag. I'm not sure what the message is supposed to be. Do they want people to salute when they drive by?
