3. Just grand, ain't it?
That sort of melt here would mean dumping untreated sewage straight into Lake Michigan. You guys turning the Hudson and East rivers brown today?

8. I used to live in KC and remember having some really bad ice storms.
Its best to hibernate during these things! It is suppose to be almost 70 in DC. Very odd weather lately.

10. Nothing is worse than a bad ice storm.
Well, except Cat 4 hurricane.

People here are way more terrified of ice storms than tornadoes.

17. Sounds More Like Our Forecast Here In MI,
SYNOPSIS: Thursday's weather will feature periods of snow mixing in with freezing rain & rain. The exact track of the storm center will be critical to pin-point today---our southern counties will flirt with 50-degrees today, with showers & t-storms along & south of the I-94 corridor. Colder air will prevail to the north, with all snow. A lt. rain & freezing rain mix will prevail for most of the region. It becomes windy & colder tonight, with all of the moisture mixing over to snow.

Behind this storm system, the coldest air of the season will surge into the region for the weekend, with highs on Saturday only in the teens & morning lows in many locations BELOW ZERO!!!

Our winter has been so weird. I'm going to an ice fishing tournament this weekend and I'm not even sure there is ice on the lake.

Jay

16. Since early this morning, we've had sleet, rain, thundersnow,
and wind. WHat is on the ground is nasty and the roads are slick. Supposed to bottom out with temperatures by throughout the weekend. Tuesday, it was 65 and springlike.
