2. I'm thinking being human.
If I get what you're asking right, that is.

Can you expand on that?

3. Thats exactly what I'm asking....
Being Human,We breathe in and out thats all.We live and die.So why do we behave in such a way.Love is something beyond skin.
So why so many barriers,It splits us,Breaks our bonds to quote...so why so much pain.

4. why so much pain
I was taught that without pain and sadness and loss we would never learn anything, and that without it we would take all we have for granted.
Life is balance and to have balance we must have both the good and the bad. And with all bad can come good and with all good can come bad. Sometimes it's hard to see it that way. But I think it's the truth.
I don't know what you are looking for but I hope you find it.

5. I was taught very much the same thing.....
My only problem is I dont see the point then. What an exchange of excuses for a point. We live.Such colour.
Beautiful.....I love it.I know I sound like an idiot and maybe that is true.Thats the word ,true.Hard to know what is true.

8. It is hard
to know what's true

I try to find something to learn from everything. I'm a different person as every day passes because of it- never know whether or not it's for the better, but I think it is.

Is there a point? Would life be any easier if there was a point? I don't think so. I think, it's best to live each day learning and evolving, and hopefully teaching others and helping them through whatever path they're on.

So much that we can't see. Are we meant to see? Or just experience?

6. I agree, Ariana Celeste
there is no light without darkness. How can light be defined without a contrast?

It doesn't make pain any easier, though, does it?

:-(

13. I agree
there is definitely a push-pull happening...as the human race progresses, it seems like there is such a backlash to it...and unfortunately, too many leaders are heading it. :-(

Whether it be through violence, or something more covert... (in my province the gov't wants to privatize our health care system, dividing the rich and poor again, among other crap)

B.S. indeed. Our provincial gov't has as many PR people as the White House! Tell me they aren't planning the goods. :grr:

Then, of course, what's happening on an international scale...when you've got a heart, it hellish to deal with.

I, too, am sick of it all.
