What do men dream about?
(sorry LynneSin) I haven't posted a thread in months and I can't get anyone to talk to me today so I had to get bold.

I think men dream about women mostly but maybe they dream about slaying monsters and work too.

1. Just the other night I had a dream about
being in a crematorium on an American military base in Germany where cremations were done in giant roasters with vegtables and such. Also, when I went out side I was greeted by a marching band that played the Navy hymn "Eternal Father." I then got drunk and got a back tattoo. I woke up shortly after completely baffled.

15. That is a scarier than hell dream
When I was a kid I used to have a recurring dream about Nazi's shooting me. I'd try to dive under stuff but they always got me in the back. I hated that dream.

2. I had this dream the other night...
that I was a werewolf running amok in Europe in the 1600s...it was really strange...

I very rarely dream about women. My dreams have more of a macabre theme. :scared:

I ususally get a few really good (perverted) laughs a day out of this place. I probably read more than I write so I think I'm part of the group and don't realize I haven't posted a thing so no one knows me. Thank you for your kind words both here and in the veggie group. :loveya:

6. Well, the other night MrG and I went to bed and he fell asleep before
I did. His legs started twitching, and his stomach was all jittery and he was breathing really hard. So I woke him up and asked him if he was having a bad dream. He was dreaming that ghosts were chasing him. I thought that was the cutest little 6 year old type thing to dream about. :)

12. I don't remember my dreams
The few times I did remember a dream, it's usually something really strange.

When I was 5 I had a really bizarre nightmare. The nightmare was purely conceptual: there were no images, no sounds, only thoughts. The nightmare was very simple: I was trying to comprehend the vastness of infinity. I woke up in a cold sweat and had trouble falling back asleep.

A dream I remembered from my teens involved inventing a whole ecosystem, and a culture that went along with the sentient species of that ecosystem.

I'm a really messed up dude.

If you want a solution that doesn't involve something so grotesquely immoral, then I'm stumped.

38. And I'm okay with that as long as it isn't 3 in the morning as it sometime
is. ;)

One of his "tricks" when I try to wake him up for work is to cuddle up to me, put his arms around me, his face in my hair and say,"Isn't this nice...?" which is meant to get me all content so I'll stop bugging him to get up or be late. :)

26. On the rare occasion that I actually recall dreaming...
... I dream of one of two things:

flying... either something hot and aerobatic, like an FA-18, or something fantastically futuristic like an SR-71 Blackbird, or a Colonial Viper or X-Wing or something similar, or...

having to orally please a redheaded Amazon (at least, 6'3") dressed only in leather and thigh-high boots with 6" stiletto heels...

Pretty basic and almost stereotypically male, yes? ;-)

34. Last night I dreamed that I was driving
down a road and had to swerve around a large snake that had gotten run over and was flopping around on the road. The next thing I know the snake is slithering up on my leg. Woke up with quite a start.

Some other dreams I remember:

Trying to escape from some very large spiders and being a member of a team (armed with shotguns) trying to find a very dangerous somebody in a row of abandoned buildings.

I wish I dreamed more about women but being 54 I think those dreams are behind me.

44. last night's dream
The details are sketchy. I was going on a canoe trip. The weather was iffy. I remember someone else was going on the trip but I don't remember who it was. I remember saying it was a good thing someone else would be there in case I got in trouble, but also that the other person would bring out my competitive streak and might make me take unnecesary risks. I woke up before we got to the river.

Anyone who wants to know about my sordid dreams is welcome to PM me so the thread doesn't get locked.
