Curling
Yesterday afternoon, I became enthralled with the sport curling. It was exciting to watch but hard to understand. Can someone give me a dummies version of the sport.

thanks.

1. I know little but am obsessed with it
Apparently the object is to have your stone (at the end of all the stones being thrown) closest to the 2' ring. If not, having more stones than the other team at the end.

3. It is
I think I like to watch because it is truly the only "sport" for which I would have a snowball's chance in hell of making an olympic team.

4. It's just bocce on ice.
I have a really hard time understanding why this is an olympic "sport." What's next? Shuffleboard in the summer olympics?
