It was a whim. I was a lemmings. Ate my first Mickey D burger in 5 yrs & |
|
my guts are churning. I'm not sick. Just a big dull tightness in my stomach. No, I'm not lovin it. I will never eat a Micky D cheeseburger again. But I will partake in chocolate and vanilla shakes. They really have mastered a pretty good shake.

Very synthetic.
The shakes are mostly sugar, it seems to me.

3. I feel your pain, and share your shame. |

About twice a year, I go through a Mickydees drivethrough and purchase two quarter-pounders.
I freely admit that they taste like a pathetic, synthetic imitation of REAL food...
But i just get a CRAVING for them every so often, and it doesn't go away until I have one.

6. I'm a vegetarian now, but I remember once ... |
|
years and years ago that I had a Micky D's after I had given up fast food of any kind for about 3 years. I used to be a fast food junkie in college because it was fast, easy to get on campus, and relatively cheap. Anyway, after having not eaten fast food for about 3 years, I had a hankerin' for a Quarter Pounder from Micky Dee's. Big mistake. I know that churning you're talking about. My poor digestive track was accusing me of treason. Not fun. I think you build up a tolerance for it when you're eating them all time.
Anyway, it will pass. :)

8. I never liked McDonald's burgers |
|
I don't think that I have had one since I was 5, telling my parents that I didn't like them and wanted Mcnuggets instead. Mcnuggets probably are even more greasy, but they tasted better. I still ate other fast food burgers. I just didn't like McDonald's burgers.

9. I have a burger a Wendy's on rare accations, they aren't |
|
that good anymore either. When Wendy's first opened they advertised they were fresh and never frozen, they bought their meat from local suppliers. I haven't had a McDonald's hamburger in years, I never liked them. I get hotcakes and sausage at Mc D's sometimes they are OK.
