31. That's actually an annual occurrence.
Every January like clockwork, we gat about a 4-5 day swath of temperatures where the high does not go above -20. So the 4-day forecast would look something like, "Tuesday: -21 Wednesday: -24 Thursday: -22 Friday: -26" with -50 to -60 wind chills.

We didn't get that last month, so we're paying the price now.

Today's high is only the mid-50s and it's raining. Honestly...this is the coldest weather I've encountered since I moved here. Of course, the forecasted high for Monday is 70... ;)

24. I was in court once, and a lawyer rushed in all hurried in jeans.
His partner was supposed to be there, and he was supposed to have the day off, but his partner got suddenly ill, and he had to cover. He literally drove in from the mall. The judge wasn't too amused at first, but wasn't TOO much of a dick about it. ;)
