I saw an Orange woman yesterday at the store!

I was at the store yesterday and much to my surprise this woman walking down the aisle had an orange complexion. Is she the first of an alien invasion?

I went to high school with a freak like that. Her mom bought her a tanning bed. She had white blond hair, atomic white teeth, more black eyeliner and mascara then Tammy Fay and burnt orange skin which she rubbed with baby oil every day(a couple of us used to act interested in her 'beauty' secrets...she was trying to save me from my brown hair, brown eyes, little make-up look).She looked horrible. Every time I looked at her, I felt I was looking at a photo negative.

I can only guess she has married and divorced a doctor by now, I think I'll have to go to my reunion.

for sale a couple weeks ago.

For the truly amazingly vapid and ignorant, I guess. It should come with an automatic lifetime subscription to prison, or at least some kind of group home for people too stupid to live on their own.

few months, and she started to look seriously orange - the "finer" skin on her body - face skin, inner arms, throat etc. - were quite tinted. She almost matched our orange tabby.

Sounds like this woman either had a tanning problem or was ill, though. Not many people eat as many carrots as my mother did.

It's more than likely a tanning mishap, but I immediately thought of a story I read somewhere about a guy who ate a lot of carrots turning orange from the keratin overload.

Since moving to NYC almost 10 years ago, I've seen similar, if not more shocking, oddities. I've come across people with weird growths about the ear lobes, people with almost no face, folks with HORRENDOUS plastic surgery, and people that just looked like out-and-out space aliens, straight from Star Trek central casting.
